Shipping policy

We know how important it is to receive your order quickly — and in most cases, we ship the same day!

SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. However, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. If the 48-hour window falls on a weekend or holiday, your order will ship on the next business day. For orders placed on a weekend or holiday, the 48-hour shipping window begins on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are based on information provided by our carriers. Standard Ground shipping is not guaranteed by the carrier but typically arrives within 2–7 business days after your order has been processed.

FREE SHIPPING:
All U.S. orders over $40.01 qualify for free shipping and will ship via USPS or UPS Ground. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
All U.S. orders under $40 qualify for $5 flat rate free shipping and will ship via USPS or UPS Ground. 

FAILED DELIVERY DISCLAIMER:
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), RSoaps is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or not received.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
